Welcome to Project Read! Use this guide to learn more about our AI Tutor, our student practice program. Students read out loud, practicing decoding using Word Mode or fluency using Story Mode
We have a limited number of free teacher and school trials of the AI Tutor available for Fall 2025.
Project Read’s UFLI-aligned AI Reading Tutor listens to students read decodable words and stories out loud at the phoneme level and provides real-time feedback, support and encouragement as needed.
Data on students’ phonics skill proficiency is provided to teachers. Set up a classroom, add students and share your class code in less than two minutes. Create a classroom here.
